What we collect and why

What we collect. From the day tour form: your name, email, phone, messaging ID, the names and ages of everyone travelling with you, your pickup hotel, luggage count, and any notes you write. We also record the country your request came from and the time you gave consent.

Why. To reserve seats, arrange pickup, meet the coach operator's passenger insurance requirements, and contact you on the day if plans change. We cannot run the booking without this.

Who sees it. Our staff, and the coach operator and guide assigned to your departure. Your booking is stored in Google Sheets and email in Google Workspace. Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to filter automated abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long. Booking records are kept for [3] years after the tour date for accounting and insurance purposes, then deleted.

Your choices. Email [email] to see, correct or delete what we hold. Quote your booking reference.
